Cheese You Up
Long long time ago… it was a pancake night.
It was time to get something new keeping the level of craziness to high standards. From an idea of Pollon, the whole Mt. Olympus & Co. gathered for a dinner based on french cheese and some other smelly snacks. Proud sponsor of the evening: Krzyzstof’s polish original vodka.
Everything started one day when I left to France for a weekend. Our Pollon from Tuscany suggested me to bring back some typical french snack, just to have something ‘gourmand’ for our grey evenings (talking about the weather…). The table has been set with camembert, munster (although lot of people were sure it was a pair of socks), roquefort, blue cheese, goat cheese, sheep cheese, plus parmisan (hey, it’s about national pride here!) and a not well identified swiss cheese our Zeus offered us (almighty spanish!). The smell was unbearable. And even if the drinks were a proper support to lubricate our throats, we didn’t manage to finish everything. Ok, we manage to finish the vodka and few bottles of wine, but this is another story. And you already know it.
