US President George W. Bush begins Chapter Two of his presidency with a call “from beyond the stars” to stand steadfastly for the cause of freedom around the world.

I heard these words on TV that day (euronews.com).
If you google this sentence (or some of these words), you’ll find many links, but then… puff! No trace about it within the page you’ve been redirected to. Moreover, once I managed to get the source, I found this on google:
