I’m overqualified…
…and of course in Italy there’s no way to find a job. But, here is why I’m not looking for a job in the US: Circuit City just cut 3400 most payed employees all over the country (with the typical American ’same day notice’), keeping the less payed. So, all the seniors and more performing people are gone!
You see, this could even make sense if you’re thinking to recover from your last financial quarter in red, but, for the remaining employees, why should they work harder now? to get fired next year?
